PHIP offers two dental plans; Delta Dental of Oregon and Kaiser Permantente dental. You can enroll in either dental plan regardless of your medical plan selection. For Kaiser Permanente dental, you must reside in the Kaiser Permanente service area. Long-term care is the type of care received either at home or in a facility when someone needs assistance with the activities of daily living. Health insurance does not pay for the cost of long-term care.
