Please note: Effective December 31, 2024, PacificSource will no longer offer the PHIP PacificSource Medicare Advantage Essentials RX 803 (HMO) plan and therefore will not participate in the 2024 New Enrollment presentations. If you select the PHIP PacificSource Medicare Advantage Essentials 803 RX retiree health plan during 2024, you will automatically move to the selected PHIP Medicare Advantage Plan effective January 1, 2025.

OUR MEDICARE ADVANTAGE PLAN

The PacificSource Medicare Essentials Rx 803 Plan is a Medicare Advantage managed care plan. Members use in-network providers for most services. You can see any Medicare-approved provider in the PacificSource Medicare network. You can choose your own primary care provider, and you have the freedom to see specialists without a referral. Our Medicare Advantage plan covers more than Medicare alone.
