Retirees of employer groups who contribute to the Oregon Public Employee’s Retirement System (PERS) may be eligible to enroll in the PERS Health Insurance Program (PHIP). Employer groups can assist their retirees by providing information about health coverage options around their PERS retirement.

At this time we offer the following employer services:

  • Brown Bag Lunch Seminars – A representative from PHIP will come to your agency to educate employees about the program.
  • New Enrollment Guide – Want something to provide employees as they near retirement? We can send PERS Health Insurance Program 2024 New Enrollment Guide to hand out to employees as they near the end of their employment.
