Employers

Retirees of employer groups who contribute to the Oregon Public Employee’s Retirement System (PERS) may be eligible to enroll in the PERS Health Insurance Program (PHIP). Employer groups can assist their retirees by providing information about health coverage options around their PERS retirement.

At this time we offer the following employer services:

• Brown Bag Lunch Seminars – A representative from PHIP will come to your agency to educate employees about the program.
  
  
• Employee Benefit Fairs – Our team is happy to participate in benefit and retirement fairs. We look forward to engaging with your employees and sharing our program benefits.
  
  
• New Enrollment Webinars – Want to learn about our program but don’t have time to schedule an in-person visit? We hold New Enrollment Webinars throughout the year for new retirees and members aging into Medicare. We invite PERS participating agencies to attend our webinars to learn more about our program.
